I've built my career at the intersection of experiences and community. Now more than ever, people are craving connection and investing in experiences that they can't get elsewhere.
For nearly a decade, I've worked with membership communities, startups, and think tanks to source and create programming that fosters genuine connection and drives network engagement. I design experiences that are grounded in the space and the people in the room.
In my current role at Hampton, I oversee the global events strategy for our community of founders and CEOs. I joined when there were 500 members and we hosted quarterly dinners. Now we host 175+ events a year across 18 cities. My focus has been creating intimate and bespoke events at scale without losing the feeling that each experience is done specifically for the room and the people in it. From James Beard chef-led dinners and Formula car racing to fireside chats with the founders of Mercury, Replit, and poppi, every experience is built around one question: what would make this worth showing up for?
Outside of work, you can find me at the pottery studio, hosting dinner parties or tending to my plants.
Food as the entry point for connection. I design dining experiences that go far beyond the meal: chef-led demos, bluefin tuna breakdowns, barbecue pit tours, farm dinners. Curated moments that give people something to gather around and talk about long after they leave the table.
Sourcing the unexpected: experiences that are interesting, memorable, and impossible to replicate on your own. From the Allenburg Racing School and a private tasting dinner at The Macallan to immersive cultural and hands-on activations, these days are designed to be as much about the people in the room as the experience itself.
Sourcing, preparing, and hosting intimate fireside chats with some of the most prominent founders and operators in business, including the founder of poppi, the founder of solidcore, and the CEO of Mercury. Each conversation is crafted to go beyond the rehearsed answer and get to what actually matters.
